We had an amazing experience, especially when the staff helped us bring in last-minute wedding items and set up our room perfectly for our big day. There’s a cozy rooftop bar for relaxation and the step-out balcony was a nice touch for some fresh air. The only hiccup was that our room felt a bit small, but it didn't take away from our wonderful stay. 🎉

Planned a weekend getaway to explore the city and was impressed with the warm welcome and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the mini fridge for storing snacks. It was nice to have easy access to nearby attractions like Bryant Park and Fifth Avenue, all just a short walk away. I also loved the balcony that allowed me to step outside for some fresh air, making my stay very enjoyable.

Just an ideal choice for shopping in New York with good price-quality ratio. The bed was really comfy and the air conditioning worked well in the heat. Make sure to tell housekeeping your check-out time to avoid early knocks on the door.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with a full-size balcony, fostering a relaxing atmosphere. The staff, particularly Bethany, Britney, and Kelsey, were incredibly accommodating, helping to make my proposal even more memorable.
The balcony view, though pleasant, could benefit from some landscaping for a more inviting appearance.

Super friendly staff and comfy stay
Had a pretty good experience! The staff were super nice and always around when we needed help. Our Corner King room was spacious and clean, with a good working space. Just wish there was a second chair in the room, it was a bit cramped when we needed to work together. Enjoyed a drink at the bar too!

Modern room design enhances comfort, featuring heated bathroom floors that keep things cozy. The rooftop bar serves as a relaxing spot to unwind with its decent drink selection and atmosphere.
Some rooms feel cramped, especially for two, making it challenging to find enough space to relax. The HVAC units can be pretty noisy, potentially disrupting sleep if you're sensitive to sound. It would be nice if the bathroom maintenance was more thorough—some corners had lingering mold, and the shower took ages to warm up. Additionally, the view from the back rooms isn't much to boast about, but at least they provide some peace and quiet away from street noise.

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with shopping tips on my first visit, and one time they provided an umbrella in the rain. Highly recommend it for your next trip. I'm definitely coming back for a city break!

I was absolutely enchanted by the charming balcony in my King Room, where I enjoyed my morning coffee from the in-room Nespresso machine. The heated bathroom floors were a delightful luxury that made every visit feel like a spa retreat. And let's not forget about the complimentary Prosecco happy hour from 5 to 7 PM, where I mingled with fellow guests and soaked in the warm, welcoming atmosphere!

I checked into Tapestry and was initially impressed by the modern decor and cleanliness. The room's layout maximized the small space, featuring a Nespresso machine, which I loved for morning coffee. The heated bathroom floors were a nice touch, especially since it was a bit chilly outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating, immediately responding to any requests I had for extra towels. However, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep at times. I was also disappointed because the kitchenette I expected was not in the room. Additionally, while the location was central, some areas nearby felt a bit sketchy at night. Overall, I had a comfortable stay, but a few amenities could be improved for a better experience.
